We do not offer return/refund for the artistic products sold online, as these are one off pieces made. 
In case the product is defective, please let us know we shall arrange for a replacement product for the same value.
In an unlikely scenario that we are not able to fulfil your order in time, we shall refund the amount in the same mode of payment.

•    We shall ascertain the defect and issue replacement/refund as the case may be.
